1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using any service provided by Legacy Car Service Miami LLC (“LCS Miami,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LCS Miami provides professional chauffeured ground transportation services in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, including but not limited to airport transfers, point-to-point transfers, hourly executive transportation, and special event transportation. All services are subject to vehicle availability and must be confirmed in writing.

3. Reservations & Confirmation

A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation number from LCS Miami via email or SMS. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure all details (date, time, pickup address, drop-off address, passenger count, and flight number where applicable) are accurate at the time of booking.

LCS Miami reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation at its discretion, including for safety, legal, or operational reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any amounts charged.

4. Payment

All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Payment is processed at the time of booking or as otherwise specified. Rates include base fare and applicable fees as disclosed at checkout. Tolls, parking, and other incidentals may be added to the final charge. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.

For corporate accounts, net-30 invoicing is available subject to a signed service agreement. All invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Standard cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are processed at no charge.

Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total trip fare.

No-shows: If LCS Miami dispatches a vehicle and the passenger cannot be reached or does not appear within the grace period (15 minutes for standard pickups; 45 minutes after wheels-down for airport arrivals), the trip will be charged in full.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@lcsmiami.com or through the online cancellation form, and confirmed by an LCS Miami representative.

6. Wait Time & Delays

LCS Miami includes a complimentary wait time with every booking: 15 minutes for standard pickups and 45 minutes after the confirmed landing time for airport arrivals. Additional wait time beyond these grace periods is billed at the applicable hourly rate pro-rated per 15-minute increment.

LCS Miami is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to notify you promptly of any delays.

7. Passenger Conduct

All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward LCS Miami chauffeurs and other passengers. LCS Miami reserves the right to terminate any trip immediately, without refund, if a passenger's conduct is deemed unsafe, abusive, or unlawful. The passenger will remain responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their trip and will be charged accordingly.

Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all LCS Miami vehicles. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in vehicles legally authorized for such use.

8. Liability Limitation

LCS Miami carries commercial liability insurance as required by Florida law. Notwithstanding, LCS Miami's total liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total fare paid for the specific trip in question. LCS Miami is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including missed flights, meetings, or events.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. LCS Miami is not responsible for lost or forgotten items, though we will make reasonable efforts to recover and return them.

9. Privacy

LCS Miami collects and uses personal information solely to fulfill your reservation and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processors) or as required by law. 10. Modifications to Terms

LCS Miami reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
