What information do I need to make a booking?

You will need your pickup date, time, and address; drop-off address; number of passengers; flight number (for airport transfers); and a valid credit card to hold the reservation.

Do you require a deposit?

A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Charges are processed according to our standard payment policy. Full payment details are provided at the time of booking.

Do you monitor flight arrivals?

Yes. For all airport pickups, we track your flight in real time. Your chauffeur will adjust arrival time based on actual landing, so you will never be left waiting due to a delay.

Where does the driver meet me?

For Miami International (MIA), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), and Palm Beach (PBI), your chauffeur will meet you in baggage claim holding a personalized name sign. For private terminal arrivals, we coordinate directly with the FBO.

Is there a fee for flight delays?

No. We include a standard grace period for all airport pickups and monitor flights at no extra charge. Extended wait times beyond the grace period may incur additional fees, which will be communicated clearly.

We serve Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), Palm Beach International (PBI), Opa-locka Executive Airport (OPF), and all private terminals and FBOs in South Florida.

Our fleet includes the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive Van, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Lincoln Navigator L, and BMW 7 Series. All vehicles are late-model, meticulously maintained, and professionally detailed.

How many passengers can each vehicle hold?

Sedans and SUVs accommodate 1–4 passengers comfortably. The Sprinter Executive Van seats up to 12 passengers with full luggage. Exact passenger and luggage capacity is listed on the Fleet page for each vehicle.

Are car seats available for children?

Pricing is based on the type of service (point-to-point, hourly, airport transfer), vehicle selected, distance, and any applicable tolls or surcharges. You will receive a firm quote at the time of booking — no surprise fees.

Tolls and applicable fees are included in or added transparently to your quote. Gratuity for your chauffeur is at your discretion and can be added at the time of booking or provided directly.
