No charge. Full cancellation at no cost.
Hourly: 6+ hrs
No charge for hourly/as-directed service cancelled 6+ hours ahead.
Within 2 hrs
Up to 50% of the total trip fare may apply.
No-show
Full trip fare charged after the grace period expires.
Grace periods: 15 minutes for standard pickups · 45 minutes after wheels-down for airport arrivals. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
